So how do I turn your wild idea into a market-ready product?

To be transparent for what you pay for i'll go through the method i use to do hardware product development. The model i use is adapted from industry best practices to fit small to medium production sizes and consist of following phases: Ideation ๐Ÿ’ก, POC ๐Ÿ”ฌ, EVT-x โš™๏ธ, DVT-x ๐Ÿงช, PVT ๐Ÿญ, and MP ๐Ÿ“ˆ.

Ideation & Concept

I take your idea and turn it into a clear product concept along with technical feasibility assement, requirements and specs to make a clear plan.

Proof of Concept (POC)

I create a working prototype to validate the concept and gather user feedback early in the process.

Engineering Validation Testing (EVT-x)

Complete technical product including embedded hardware, firmware, and mechanical integration.

Design Validation Testing (DVT-x)

The product needs to be thoroughly tested to make sure the product meets all specifications and user needs before moving to production.

Production Verification Testing (PVT)

The product is finalized and prepared for mass production, ensuring all aspects such as supply chain and QA are ready for mass production.

Mass Production (MP)

When the product has launched successfully, I will support post-launch activities and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
